ChatToons recommends that you NEVER share personal information with anyone at any time online, as a matter of chat safety. To learn more about basic 'rules' of safe chatting, click here.

What do I need to use ChatToons?
To begin chatting for free at ChatToons, all you need are four things:
1) A connection to the Internet
2) Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME
3) Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher or Netscape 4.71 or higher
4) Macromedia Flash Plugin 5 or higher
Can you make 'Character X' for me? Can you make me a custom character?
Because of the sheer number of requests, ChatToons cannot make custom characters for individual users, but keep watching for some new and exciting ChatToons feature additions which are coming in the near future...
Can you add 'Feature X' to ChatToons?
ChatToons is always looking for ways to enhance its service, so if you have any ideas, be sure to send them in! Use the 'Send a Suggestion' option under the Help button menu (the Help button is on the bottom-right of the main chat window). We'll be adding features based on user demand, so email us today!
Can you add 'Emotion X' to ChatToons?
ChatToons will be continually expanding the 'emotion poses' that are available, so suggest some today by clicking here, or by selecting the 'Send a Suggestion' option under the Help button menu while in the chat window.(the Help button can be found in the bottom-right corner of the main chat window). We'll be adding features based on user demand, so email us today!
Remember, ChatToons is a free service. Just click Start Chatting and you're ready to go!
